Vessel Movements
The Company reserves the right to move any Vessel, gear, equipment or other goods at any time for reasons of safety, security or good management of the Harbor and Premises.
The Licensed Vessel shall be berthed or moored by the Owner in such a manner of position as the Company may require and unless otherwise agreed adequate warps and fenders for the Licensed Vessel shall be provided by the Owner.
The Licensed Vessel, when entering or leaving or maneuvering in the Harbor, shall be navigated at such a speed and in such a manner as will not endanger or inconvenience other vessels in the Harbor and shall in any event comply with the applicable speed limit.
Advisory Note: Owners, their guests and crew are advised that Vessels are at all times subject to the speed restrictions and byelaws of Harbor and navigation authorities and requirements and powers of regulatory authorities.
COMMERCIAL USAGE
No part of the Company’s Harbor or Premises or any Vessels or vehicle while situated therein or thereon shall be used by the Owner for any commercial purpose, except where the Owner has sought and obtained prior written agreement from the Company. Where this License is granted to a commercial operation whose Licensed Vessel is operated for hire or reward in the course of trading, special conditions will apply to this License, as appended.
Storage
Dinghies, tenders, and rafts shall be stowed aboard the Licensed Vessel unless the Company allocates a separate berth for them.
Parking
Subject always to the availability of parking spaces, the Owner, his guests, and his crew may only park vehicles on the Premises in accordance with the directions of the Company.
The car park may only be used by the Owners, his guests, and his crews, only while they are at the marina Premises or afloat in the Licensed Vessel.
